Hours of Transportation: Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM; 3 PM - 7 PM
Sunday 4 PM - 8 PM

No transportation on the day of a major holiday.

Cancellation Policy: Non-peak Reservation:
New customers will automatically forfeit their $50 per pet deposit. Notification 3 business days or less of scheduled pick up results in a charge of 50% of the total reservation charge.
Peak Time Reservation:
All customers will automatically forfeit their $50 per pet deposit. If the reservation is cancelled 3 business days or less of scheduled pick up, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Bio: Dawn moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1990. After working as a telecommunications analyst for a major insurance company for 15 years, she decided to try something new. Her love of pets and a desire to be her own boss lead to a purchase of a franchise. Having been a animal-lover since birth, Pets Are Inn was a natural fit. Dawn has years of experience with many family pets. She currently shares her home with two dogs, Jacks and Dazey, and two cats, Velcro and Carmel.

Notes: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required for each new pet and for each pet during our peak season. Please check with the office for those peak season times. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
